Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some edges to hang over for easy lifting.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate morsels, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly until silky and smooth.
  3. Transfer half of the mixture to a separate bowl and set aside.
  4. In the saucepan, incorporate the matcha powder, vanilla essence, and a dash of salt into the remaining chocolate mixture, stirring until well blended and smooth.
  5. Pour the matcha mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Dollop the reserved white chocolate mixture on top of the matcha layer.
  7. Using a toothpick or knife, gently swirl the two mixtures together to create a marbled pattern.
  8. Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  9. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
