Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and mix with sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  6. Stir in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and swirl extra white chocolate on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
