Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and green onions.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.

- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or herbs to the potato mixture.
