Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and green onions.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Drain on paper towels before serving.
