Ingredients

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the maple syrup, bourbon, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, pepper, and salt.
  3. Place the short ribs in a large roasting pan and pour the maple-bourbon mixture over the ribs.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the ribs are tender and the glaze has thickened.
