Instructions
- In a spacious bowl, blend the rolled oats with coconut milk, yogurt, agave syrup or honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
- Carefully mix in the chopped mango, saving a few pieces for decoration later.
- Spoon the mixture into four jars or airtight containers, ensuring an even distribution.
- Close the jars tightly and place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
- When ready to enjoy, stir the contents of each jar and top with the reserved mango pieces and fresh mint leaves, if you like.

- For a crunchier texture, add some chopped nuts or seeds before refrigerating.
