- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, sugar-free
- 3 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted coconut oil, white chocolate chips, matcha powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract.
- Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes or until solid.
- Pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
