- 4 tablespoons bone marrow
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler on high.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, bone marrow, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise and place them on a baking dish.
- Spoon the bone marrow mixture over the lobster meat.
- Broil for about 6-8 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
