  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt; mix well.
  2. Add in lobster and crab meat, parsley, and chives. Stir until evenly combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, shape into a log, and wrap tightly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Slice into rounds and serve with toasted bread or crackers.
