- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked and flaked
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt; mix well.
- Add in lobster and crab meat, parsley, and chives. Stir until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap, shape into a log, and wrap tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Slice into rounds and serve with toasted bread or crackers.

- Make sure the seafood is fresh for the best flavor.
- Butter bombs can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
