Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
- Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake the tater tots for the time specified on the package until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the hot tater tots.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
