Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until soft, then mash and let cool.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Mix ground beef with sautéed onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Combine mashed potatoes and flour, then form into small rounds.
- Stuff each round with the meat mixture and seal.
- Boil the dumplings until they float, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve with melted butter.
