- 1 pie crust
- 3 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Spread the bacon and cheese into the pie crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and add spinach or mushrooms.
- Serve warm or at room temperature for brunch or dinner.
