Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, and salt.
- Blend until smooth, adding water gradually to reach desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh veggies.

- For a creamier texture, peel the chickpeas before blending.
- Serve with pita bread or vegetable sticks for dipping.
