Instructions

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk and oil.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add lemon zest to the mixture.
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar on top.
