- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar, then cut in butter until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling into the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until the filling is set.
- Allow to cool before serving.

- Serve chilled for a refreshing dessert.
- Garnish with powdered sugar or whipped cream, if desired.
