Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a tart pan with the pie crust.
- Sauté the leeks in a pan until soft.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream.
- Add the sautéed leeks and salmon to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the crust, sprinkle with cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
