Delicious and low-carb Keto Tender Beef Bao Buns that will satisfy your cravings without the carbs!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef chuck, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol (or preferred sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 large lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add beef chuck, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, erythritol, and black pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  3. Remove beef, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker for additional flavor absorption.
  4. Prepare the cauliflower rice as per instructions and set aside.
  5. To assemble, place a generous amount of beef and cauliflower rice in each lettuce leaf.
  6. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate the beef overnight.
