- 2 pounds cauliflower, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange sliced cauliflower in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Heat until warm.
- Pour the cream mixture over the cauliflower.
- Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon bits.
- Can substitute different cheeses according to preference.
