Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, erythritol, almond milk, vanilla extract, food coloring, and melted butter until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Transfer the batter to the doughnut pan, filling each mold halfway.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before glazing or serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For a cream cheese glaze, mix softened cream cheese with sweetener and a splash of almond milk.
