  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, erythritol, almond milk, vanilla extract, food coloring, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Transfer the batter to the doughnut pan, filling each mold halfway.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before glazing or serving.
