Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower until tender, then drain and cool.
  3. Mash the cauliflower and mix with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the shredded cheese and eggs, mixing until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into flat round patties.
