- 1 medium cauliflower

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the cauliflower until tender, then drain and cool.
- Mash the cauliflower and mix with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded cheese and eggs, mixing until well combined.
- Form the mixture into flat round patties.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm as a side dish or with your favorite toppings.

- These can be frozen for longer storage; reheat in the oven.
