  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Mix in the cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and almond flour.
  5. Form the meat mixture into pie shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
