Instructions
- Lay a slice of corned beef on a flat surface.
- Spread a thin layer of mustard and mayonnaise on top.
- Add a slice of Swiss cheese and a spoonful of sauerkraut.
- Sprinkle with parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
