Instructions
- Spread Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on slices of corned beef.
- Layer Swiss cheese and sauerkraut on top of the beef.
- Roll tightly and secure with a toothpick.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook roll-ups until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm for best taste.
