Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites and salt until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, erythritol, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mixture.
- Carefully fold in the whipped egg whites until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
