- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a saucepan, melt the sugar-free dark chocolate chips over low heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until combined.
- Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- For a sweeter pie, adjust the sweetener to your taste.
- Top with additional whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
