- 8 oz sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup erythritol (optional for sweetness)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup assorted low-carb dippers (e.g. strawberries, celery, or nuts)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until simmering.
- Remove from heat and add the sugar-free chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, erythritol (if using), and salt until combined.
- Transfer the chocolate mixture to a fondue pot or bowl.
- Serve with assorted low-carb dippers.
Notes
- This fondue can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat gently before serving.
- Experiment with different low-carb dippers for variety!
