Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks and cherries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
