Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Add riced cauliflower, paprika, dried mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
