- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and melted coconut oil until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
- Once chilled, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds from the jalapeños.
- These fat bombs can be frozen for longer storage.
