Delicious and satisfying fat bombs perfect for a keto diet, packed with the flavor of jalapeños and cheddar.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  5. Once chilled, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
