Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing and dusting it with flour.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing them well before putting them aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with the granulated sugar until the mixture is light and airy, about 3-4 minutes.
