Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. If desired, roll the cheese log in chopped nuts.
  6. Slice and serve with crackers.
