- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- If desired, roll the cheese log in chopped nuts.
- Slice and serve with crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
- This recipe can be made a day in advance.
