Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add honey, egg, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, sesame seeds, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a nutty flavor, try adding chopped nuts.
