Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the carp by cleaning and scaling it thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the carp, inside and out.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  5. Place the carp on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
