- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 lemons, juiced

Instructions
- Prepare the carp by cleaning and scaling it thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Rub the mixture all over the carp, inside and out.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Place the carp on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
