  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm almond milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
  2. Mix in melted butter, vanilla, and almond extract.
  3. Gradually add flour, salt, and almond paste. Knead until a soft dough forms.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm area until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough, cut into rolls, and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Let rolls rise again, then bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  7. In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to create a frosting, drizzle over warm rolls.
