Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm almond milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
- Mix in melted butter, vanilla, and almond extract.
- Gradually add flour, salt, and almond paste. Knead until a soft dough forms.
- Let the dough rise in a warm area until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough, cut into rolls, and place them in a baking dish.
- Let rolls rise again, then bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk to create a frosting, drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
- Adjust the frosting consistency by adding more or less milk.
- For a richer flavor, add chopped almonds on top of the rolls after frosting.
