Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
- Add the cumin powder, salt, black pepper, turmeric, and red chili powder. Whisk until well blended.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
