- 1 kilogram chicken, cut into serving pieces
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2-3 green chili peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, sugar, and mustard. Mix well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
- Add the chopped chili peppers and water. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more chili peppers.
- Let the chicken marinate longer for deeper flavor.
