Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2-3 green chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper, sugar, and mustard. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
  4. Add the chopped chili peppers and water. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender and the sauce thickens.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more chili peppers.
  • Let the chicken marinate longer for deeper flavor.
