- 1 cup sour cream or crema
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Add water and oil, knead until smooth.
- Divide dough into small balls and roll out into circles.
- Cook each tortilla on a hot skillet for about 1 minute on each side.
- Warm the black beans and serve over the tortillas with sour cream.
