Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
- In another bowl, combine warm milk, melted butter, and the egg.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Flatten the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Use your fingers to create dimples in the dough.
- Fill each dimple with a spoonful of fruit jam.
- Let rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- You can experiment with different flavors of jam.
