- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond paste
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt until crumbly.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a mini muffin tin.
- In another bowl, blend almond paste, powdered sugar, milk, and almond extract.
- Spoon the almond filling into the prepared crusts.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
