Instructions
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and milk.
- Add saffron strands, honey, and cardamom powder.
- Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes for the saffron to infuse.
- If using, stir in yogurt until fully incorporated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with nuts and dried fruits before serving.
