Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and form small balls or patties.
  5. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before serving or storing.
