Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool before serving.
