Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion and bell pepper until browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix the cooked beef and veggies into the egg mixture.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each cup.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set.
