Delicious breakfast cups made with ground beef, eggs, and a cheesy crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onion and bell pepper until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Mix the cooked beef and veggies into the egg mixture.
  5. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture into each cup.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set.
