- 2 racks pork ribs
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs.
- Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and close the lid.
- Grill for 2-2.5 hours, turning occasionally until the ribs are tender and cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight with the spice rub.
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller racks of ribs.
