- 2 pounds octopus tentacles
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the octopus tentacles. Cook for 45 minutes or until tender.
- Remove octopus from water and let cool slightly.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush octopus with the smoky butter mixture and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred.
- Remove from grill, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve.
Notes
- For a more intense smoky flavor, use a smoked salt in place of regular salt.
- Pair with a fresh salad for a complete meal.
