  • 2 pounds octopus tentacles
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the octopus tentacles. Cook for 45 minutes or until tender.
  2. Remove octopus from water and let cool slightly.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add smoked paprika, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Brush octopus with the smoky butter mixture and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred.
  6. Remove from grill, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve.
