- 2 cups green tea, brewed and cooled

- 1/4 cup gelatin
Instructions
- Start by brewing 2 cups of green tea and allow it to cool.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cooled green tea with fresh lemon juice and grated ginger.
- Add honey and stir until well combined.
- Gradually sprinkle gelatin over the mixture, stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into gummy molds and refrigerate for about 2-3 hours until set.
- Once set, remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- For a stronger ginger flavor, increase the amount of grated ginger.
- Adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
- These gummies can last up to 2 weeks if stored properly.
