Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Unravel the kataifi pastry and layer it onto a baking dish.
- Pour melted butter over the pastry and bake until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and lemon juice, and bring to a boil to create a syrup.
- Once the kataifi is baked, pour the syrup over the hot pastry.
- Let it cool before serving.
