Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and butter to form a crust mixture.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, grapefruit juice, grapefruit zest, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
