- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and rosemary.
- Create a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil.
- Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, brush with garlic butter before baking.
- These rolls can be frozen after baking.
- Best served warm.
