- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the goat cheese, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and spread evenly.
- Top the goat cheese spread with fig jam.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the fig jam.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
- Serve with crackers or sliced bread.

- This spread can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
