- 4 duck legs
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
 - Place duck legs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, coating well.
 - Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade.
 - Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Let the duck legs marinate for at least an hour for better flavor.
 - Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
